Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and 2mouse ("we") for using the 2mouse app. By using it, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use 2mouse.

1. Who can use 2mouse

You must be at least 13 years old. If you're under 18, you need a parent's or guardian's permission. You're responsible for what happens on your account, so keep your sign-in details to yourself.

2. AI replies

Replies are written by AI models from other companies, not by people and not by us. They can be wrong, out of date, incomplete or offensive. Don't rely on them for medical, legal, financial or other professional advice, or for anything where a mistake could hurt you or someone else. Check important answers yourself. You're responsible for how you use what an AI writes.

3. No tolerance for abuse

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive use. Don't use 2mouse to:

• create, request or share sexual content involving minors, in any form;
• harass, threaten, bully or impersonate anyone, or create hateful or violent content aimed at people;
• encourage self-harm, or plan or help with violence or other crimes;
• break the law or anyone's rights, including privacy and copyright;
• make malware, spam, scams or other content meant to deceive or harm;
• get around the daily limits, our security or the AI's safety rules, run 2mouse automatically, or resell it.

The AI companies' own usage rules also apply to what you send their models.

4. Reporting

If an AI writes something offensive or harmful, long-press the reply and tap Report, or email zazabusiness23@gmail.com. We review reports within 24 hours. We may remove content and suspend or delete accounts that break these terms, without notice.

5. Your content

What you write and the photos you send are yours. You give us permission to store and process them, and to send them to the AI companies, only to run 2mouse for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. Only send content you have the right to share.

6. Plans, limits and changes

2mouse is free to use, with a daily message limit that's lower for guests. 2mouse Pro and Elite are optional monthly subscriptions with more AIs and higher limits; you need an account to buy one.

• Subscriptions are bought and billed through your Apple Account, at the price shown in the app before you buy.
• A subscription renews automatically each month unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged within 24 hours before each renewal.
• You can manage or cancel it in your iPhone's Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep your plan until the period you paid for ends. Deleting your 2mouse account doesn't cancel an Apple subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies.

We may change the limits, the AI models on offer, prices (with notice, as Apple requires) and other features, and may stop offering 2mouse.

7. Other services

2mouse uses OpenRouter, the AI companies' models and, if you connect them, other services like Gmail. Their terms and policies apply to your use of them, and we're not responsible for them.

8. Ending

You can stop using 2mouse and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or to protect 2mouse or other people.

9. Disclaimers and liability

2mouse is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by AI replies or by other companies' services. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that can't be limited.

10. Apple

If you got 2mouse from the App Store: these terms are between you and us, not Apple, and we, not Apple, are responsible for 2mouse and its support. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for 2mouse, and isn't responsible for any claims about it, including product liability, legal compliance or intellectual property claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. You also agree to the App Store's own terms, and promise you're not in a country under a US embargo or on a US government list of restricted parties.

11. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top, and tell you in the app if the change matters. Using 2mouse after a change means you accept it.
